My Personal Experience With AiUniBot:

When I first tried AiUniBot, I didn’t go into it expecting miracles. I simply needed a practical, affordable automation tool for a small client project—a local flower shop called Bloom & Petal Studio. They’re a family-owned shop that relies heavily on their Facebook and Instagram pages to get orders for bouquets, birthday arrangements, and wedding decorations.

The owners were struggling with the same problem many small businesses face: too many incoming questions, slow reply times, and lost opportunities because they couldn’t respond fast enough. Instead of investing in multiple tools or hiring an assistant, I decided to build a simple automation setup using AiUniBot.

As soon as I connected their Facebook and Instagram pages to AiUniBot, the platform synced all their messages, subscribers, and comment history. This part was easy—less than five minutes.

Then I started building the automation system. I broke the project into three simple components:

Comment Automation

The flower shop gets a lot of comments like:

  • “How much is this?”

  • “Can you deliver tomorrow?”

  • “Do you have this in pink?”

  • “Can I order?”

So I created a rule inside AiUniBot: When someone comments on a bouquet post → reply publicly + send a DM with details.

For example, if someone commented “Price?”, the bot instantly replied: “Hi! 🌷 We’d love to help you. I’ve just sent you a quick message with details!”

And within seconds, the user received a DM from the bot. This alone made Bloom & Petal look more attentive and professional.

Messenger Bot Flow (The Heart of the System)

I opened the Visual Flow Builder and created a multi-step conversation flow tailored to how a real flower shop assistant would talk.

Here’s what the flow included:

Welcome Message - Friendly, warm, and personal:

“Hi there! 💐 This is Bloom & Petal Studio. I can help you with bouquets, delivery quotes, custom arrangements and more. What are you looking for today?”

Category Selection

I created buttons for:

  • Birthday Bouquets

  • Anniversary Bouquets

  • Sympathy Flowers

  • Graduation Bouquets

  • Custom Orders

Delivery Checker

Customers could provide:

  • Delivery date

  • Delivery area

  • Custom notes

Then the bot gave a realistic quote based on the shop’s delivery pricing sheet.

Image Upload Step

Surprisingly, this became one of the most used parts. Customers love sending Pinterest or Instagram screenshots and asking, “Can you make something like this?”

The bot handled it gracefully by responding: “Got it! 🌸 Thanks for the photo. I’ll pass this to our florist. Meanwhile, may I know your budget range?”

Budget Options

Based on the budget selected, the bot recommended a few bouquet styles.

Lead Capture

If users wanted to reserve or order, the bot collected:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Preferred contact method

This used to take the owner hours to manage manually.

SMS + Email Follow-Up

This was a small addition, but incredibly effective. If someone started the conversation but didn’t finalize the order, the bot sent:

  • An SMS after 4 hours

  • An email after 12 hours

The reminder was gentle: “Hi again! Just checking in to see if you'd still like to place your flower order. We’d be happy to assist.”

This subtle follow-up converted several inactive leads.

Small Challenges I Faced

Like a real user, I faced a few small hurdles:

  • Getting the tone right: ChatGPT-generated replies were good, but I had to adjust the tone from “robotic formal” to something warm and floral. After a few tweaks, it sounded natural.

  • Teaching the bot specific pricing: I had to feed the bot the shop’s pricing structure so it could respond accurately. This took a bit of trial-and-error but wasn’t complex.

  • Avoiding over-automation: I didn’t want the bot to handle everything. Some messages still needed human attention—especially wedding inquiries. So I made the bot send a notification to the owner when a high-value inquiry came in.

These are normal adjustments, but worth mentioning.

The Results After 3 Weeks (Realistic & Not Exaggerated)

After running AiUniBot for three weeks for Bloom & Petal Studio, here’s what we observed:

  • Response Time Improved Sharply: Before AiUniBot: Average reply time was 4–6 hours. After AiUniBot: Instant replies within seconds. This alone helped the shop look more reliable and professional.

  • Increased Orders: We tracked messages and orders manually. Out of the automated flows:

  • 108 People interacted with the bot

  • 74 Requested bouquet prices or delivery info

  • 42 Completed actual purchases

  • It wasn’t a “100 sales overnight” kind of miracle, but for a small flower shop, 42 additional sales in 3 weeks is a clear, genuine improvement.

Would I Recommend AiUniBot Based on My Experience?

Absolutely—but with realistic expectations.

Here’s my honest judgment:

  • If you want to save time → yes

  • If you want to automate repetitive tasks → yes

  • If you're running a small business → definitely yes

  • If you serve clients and want to offer bot-building services → 100% yes

AiUniBot won’t magically turn a dead business into a seven-figure empire. But for businesses that already have customer interest—like Bloom & Petal Studio—it acts as a powerful, reliable assistant that never sleeps.

It turns lost conversations into actual orders. It turns chaos into consistency. And it does it all at a price that’s almost too good for what the tool includes.

If you want simple, practical automation that truly makes life easier, AiUniBot is one of the best tools I’ve used in this category.
